Doctor Suarez is a good family doctor, but his receptionist team is horrible. I also experienced mistreatment at this office, under my previous doctor, Dr. Cottingham. This receptionist team has Zero customer service skills. Very inhospitable and just down-right rude. Today was not the first time I have been mistreated by the staff at this office. Great doctor. The best primary care. He listens to you as he is your best friend. He has even called me at home for lab results. He goes out of his way to help you with your medical problems. Thank you Doc.
