Purchased a survey with Hugo back in 2015. I'm refinancing this house and need a survey that has the *original* seal. I contacted Hugo for what I thought was a simple ask of sending us the survey we already paid for. I'd have been happy to pay a small fee to re-print that. Evidently, Hugo doesn't do this and instead holds it for ransom. They claim that due to liability reasons, they have to do entire survey again. What a joke. My guess is that they take the old survey, recertify it and charge another $500. One star.
Gold standard for Engineering in Lubbock. They’ve been around for a long time, well established. They can navigate the many codes/regulations quickly and efficiently and get the job done right the first time. This is not always the case with Johnny-come-lately firms that pop up.
We were in a pinch to get a land survey completed and they were able to complete one within 48 hours on our house! Other land surveyors in town we called before were taking anywhere from 8-14 days to even get to us.
