Dr.coccuci is the best but staff is extremely rude and Ivette the Physician Assistant is so rude and so unprofessional. Is sad because Dr. coccuci is the sweetest and so professional. My daughter and I had an appointment with her yesterday because Doctor Coccuci was booked and unavailable and we had the worst experience with her . I will never want to be seemed by her I rather wait for Dr. coccuci to be available.

I wish I could give zero stars. The office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. There is no reason individuals with such poor customer service skills should be responsible for handling patients’ personal and medical information. They seem to have little compassion for patients and do not appear to enjoy what they do. It is very disappointing because Dr. Cocucci is a good doctor.
