Wasted 20 minutes on hold to find out Dr Hugo isn't taking new patients. They should inform insurance companies so others don't waste time.
Taking me off of my medication for pain is not compassionate AT ALL!!!! I didn't ask for this doctor. My doctor moved. I don't have a pcc appointment until December! I I was told that I would be able to continue my meds until my new appointment. Now you want to talk about options? I have been through all of the options. I am 61 years old for crying out loud. I'm in pain 24/7. I guess I'll have to go back to laying on a couch all day with a heating pad. Thanks for NOTHING!!!!!
