After being away for a while, my mother returned home to find the AC not working. We reached out to Hugo Brothers Heating & Cooling, and they arrived within a few hours, even though it was 95 degrees outside. Zachary came to check things out and found that the furnace outlet had gone bad. The service provided was satisfactory, and I appreciate the assistance. However, I found the prices for the recommended UV lights and cabinet filter to be quite high, totaling around $800. The technicians suggest changing the cabinet filter every three months, which seems excessive. When I first got this system, I was informed that the filter should last over a year.
