Jury is still out but this MIGHT be the BEST sushi in Montana. Melt in your mouth fresh fish. Come for the lunch specials! Try the thai lemonade. I am from out of town and will be back with every trip to Bozeman from here on out.
Great service and delicious food. Our sushi-loving family went to Hugkan for dinner. We especially loved the hamachi jalape�o, Hugkan roll, and the sushi sampler box. Everything was great and they were exceptionally accommodating of our family member's food allergy.
We really enjoyed everything we ordered, the dishes were very well prepared and plated. Service could not have been better, the right level of attention and energy. We had the thai tea lemonade, clover roll, yellowtail & jalepeno and the hug kan roll. We would be here on the regular, but alas - we are traveling through on a business trip. The prices were great for the quality and quantity.
