Made appointment thru online patient portal, it was canceled. Called and was told I didn't indicate it was for my back, although I even said for my T4-T5 back area. Made another appointment on phone, was told when I showed up it was canceled because I didn't indicate which Doctor I wanted. Now told I can't make another appointment until I pay a 2 missed appointment fees for the appointments THEY canceled.
It is a great place to go for medical care.
