Called early on a Saturday morning about a furnace that was out. The answering service said they would have the technician call me back. After thirty minutes my phone rang twice, I answered it and the person on the other end hung up. If this was the furnace technician they must have felt like not working. I never received another call from Hugh's about my request for service. I moved on to someone else that would help out.

After being left in the cold by reliance for 5 days without hot water, an afternoon call to Hugh's got us up and running the very next morning and was several hundred dollars cheaper per year. Steve and his team in St. Thomas are top notch, and we very much appreciate the customer service in getting us sorted out so quickly. Oh Oh - came home to a house with no air. Called Hughes Plumbing about 4:45, they said they would see when they could get here but would try right away. Fifteen minutes later, two very nice young lads showed up and the air was back on by 5:30 P.M. I wish I had better adjectives to express my gratitude to the team at Hughes, but WOW
