Called on a Wednesday, had a new furnace fully installed by Thursday afternoon. Local to St Thomas, arrived on time, courteous, and I’d swear these guys REALLY love their job!! It’s definitely refreshing to see. I’d recommend them 100%.
Great experience. They were honest about my 21 year old furnace, didn’t pressure me to buy a new one, and didn’t push any memberships or upsells. When I did decide to replace it, they installed a new furnace within 2 days at a very reasonable price. Friendly, professional, and trustworthy service. Highly recommend.
Hugh's crew was quick and efficient in swapping out my hot water tank in Mid-January. My furnace relies on the water tank for heat, so time was of the essence. The techs were friendly and thoroughly professional. Highly recommended!
Called early on a Saturday morning about a furnace that was out. The answering service said they would have the technician call me back. After thirty minutes my phone rang twice, I answered it and the person on the other end hung up. If this was the furnace technician they must have felt like not working. I never received another call from Hugh's about my request for service. I moved on to someone else that would help out.
