Absolutely thrilled with the help I received at Hugh’s. I called and spoke with both Lee-Ann and Pam regarding a smell issue in our basement after a sump pump failure. They recommended two products: Benefact and Un-Duz-it and the outcome couldn’t be better. You can’t tell anything happened in the basement or that we have 3 cats. Highly recommend, their staff is awesome and supportive.

If I could give Hugh's more than 5 stars I would!! I called them on the verge of tears after having a horrible experience with another company. We had booked a move in clean for our new home with a company from London who also advertised professional steam extraction carpet cleaning, a service we were counting on for a fresh start in our new place. Amazing outcome on my couch, looks brand new . They fit me in their schedule promptly and made sure I was getting my moneys worth as I barely reached the minimum cost with my couch therefore they offered to do a rug for me as well in that cost. Will use again and will recommend to friends and family!
Hugh’s was great to work with- they were on time, professional and truly cared about their work and making sure the customer was happy about the end product. Our bed frame, shag rug and dining chairs look fantastic! Would definitely recommend, we will be repeat customers for sure!
