Hugh was so polite and came and fixed our heat for us in a timely fashion. Very friendly man and very friendly rates.Two out of three elements were not working in our furnace, so only cold air was blowing out of our vents making our house absolutely freezing 😬. Hugh fixed that with ease. The plumber we had called before him we had several issues with. Excellent experience with Hugh’s Electric. We received a prompt response to our request for service-Hugh was out the same day we called to look at what needed to be done. The next day the work was completed. The two men who did the work were prompt, thorough and clean. Would highly recommend.
Spoke with him, left messages, he toured my cottage twice, gave assurances he would call with an estimate by a specific date, still waiting three weeks later. completely unprofessional regarding customer service. Scary thing is I had heard he is the best.
Called and left messages regarding work we require at our seasonal site. Haven't received a response. Message left on business number and cell number. Maybe there is an issue he has with the seasonal site we are at???
