Every time we had a meeting it was like the first time we talked. Refused to remove himself from my case after many request. Will not answer phone calls or return written letters. If you are unfortunate enough to have him as a public defender fire him immediately! Then after he refused to do anything I had to take a plea under threat of him dragging my case out 2-3 years "waiting for a trial" after I was forced to write the d.a's office due to his inadequate handling of my case. He Is an attorney who cares about your money, but he may miss calculate your time buy a couple days maybe a couple weeks for me a couple months but after that he was quick to handle the small matter of getting my phone back from the vice of alamance county sheriff's squad ellipses and after that, let's just say I never got my phone back that time either...
