Called for questions and a new patient appointment set up. Receptionist was very rude and was not attentive with listening. Explained I had new insurance and wanted to set up new patient care appointment, I brought up the fact that I went to a previous dentist with my own old insurance and she was still going around in circles with asking about that information. One AMAZING DDS! This man has ethics, humility and empathy. I cannot say how much we appreciate what you and your practice have done for our family. If anyone is looking for a solid dentist that actually cares look no further than Dr Timothy Hughes!
