I got stuck behind one of their trucks heading west on River Road yesterday morning @ 8:25 AM. The driver did 10 miles under the speed limit and backed traffic up. He was probably just trying to rack up hours but he created a hazard with people trying to pass him on that dangerous under construction road.

Do not use this company. I have been dealing with them for over two months trying to sort through a very simple order. I’m still going back-and-forth and have gotten no resolution. I ordered a PTAC Unit which was lost in their warehouse in Georgia and never got delivered. After talking to three different people three different days I finally talk to a supervisor and they had advised me to cancel the first one and re-order another one. I was coming from out of town to do work on a rental property. I had a very small window in which to get the work done and everyone at White Cap was very accommodating. I couldn't place the order over the phone because I didn't have an account with them, which meant I had to wait till I got to town to go in and place the order. That was a little annoying, but I get that they've had issues with over the phone credit card purchases and don't want to do that anymore.
