I’m really disappointed in this store. We’ve always liked the people and the team here, but this time they truly dropped the ball. I’ve been a loyal customer of Hugh’s for years — and so was my grandfather — but it’s hard not to notice how much this supply house has gone downhill. We called about a fan motor that was under warranty. They confirmed it was in stock but said we’d need to pay for it upfront, then make a separate trip next week for reimbursement due to inventory policy — plus a $100 handling fee. My 25 year old A/C stopped cooling Sunday morning. The problem was control board in furnace. I called Monday morning and verified they had it and picked it up. While installing part, another parts house called and quoted part at $120 higher. Thanks for great customer service.

It’s mind blowing that this place is ran by such a rude and incompetent manager! Over heard how he speaks to his staff; horrible attitude and didn’t even have the parts me and my husband needed for our home.

Horrible customer service and cocky attitudes. Fine place for supplies as long as you don't have to return defective product. Then you're s.o.l. There are plenty of plumbing supply houses in Pearl. I would recommend trying someplace else.
