My 25 year old A/C stopped cooling Sunday morning. The problem was control board in furnace. I called Monday morning and verified they had it and picked it up. While installing part, another parts house called and quoted part at $120 higher. Thanks for great customer service.

It’s mind blowing that this place is ran by such a rude and incompetent manager! Over heard how he speaks to his staff; horrible attitude and didn’t even have the parts me and my husband needed for our home.
Horrible customer service and cocky attitudes. Fine place for supplies as long as you don't have to return defective product. Then you're s.o.l. There are plenty of plumbing supply houses in Pearl. I would recommend trying someplace else.
Best place to buy HVAC and Plumbing parts in try- county area. Helpful and courteous staff
