Great experience with Marlina at the Hughes Supply showroom. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to walk us through our faucet and bathroom options without any pressure. The appointment-only setup made it even better—calm, focused, and very personalized. Highly recommend working with her.
James was AWESOME!!!! Incredible customer service, and he definitely went above and beyond! He removed a defective part that I was unable to detach. Not only did Hughes have the part in stock that I needed, he connected the new part lickety split! Beyond grateful to him, and would highly recommend Hughes Supply for any of your plumbing needs!
