Wish I had discovered this gem earlier. As they state, they are set up for contractors, but will also serve the public. Things to note: yes, you do need an appointment to see the showroom. And I tell you, if you are looking for good quality items that the box stores don’t have, it is beyond worth it to make an appointment! As far as getting parts for plumbing, as many others stated, they will help the public and they are very knowledgeable. Don’t answer their phone EVER! When you finally get an apt and order something you have to keep checking back because they don’t notify you it has arrived. Good produces but not good enough to put up with the rest of it.

Had to make several different trips this week due to a leak in my kitchen sink. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They knew exactly what I needed. This is the perfect place for all your plumbing needs vs the big box stores.
