Working with Mark was an absolute pleasure. I hired him to add a window to my upstairs master bedroom. There was a hiccup or two but as a project manager, I know that value of having a job done with quality even when a schedule doesn't run perfectly - the job took a little longer than expected but when you're making an investment on something you plan to have for a lifetime, you're ultimately paying for the job to be done well, not for it to be done overnight.
