Extremely poor service and absolutely zero pride in America. Sad people here.
Had this internet because I was told by them that they were the only service in my area. Paid too much for 1mbps downloads. Was told that I was over my data limit and I could up my data limit, which would have been more, or I could use the faster speeds between 2 and 8 am. Tried cancel my service and was told I would be charge $400. I told them no I am not paying because you lied to me to get me under contract. No quality. Not worth.
I would give them a Zero star if i could. This company is terrible!!! First the customer service is very rude and does not value the customer, there is a huge communication barer. Second, the service is so horrible you will not get any internet satellite. They lie they do not have fast speeds. The speeds are beyond slow. The WIFI is trash. When asked to have a service to come fix the problem of slow internet they just ask us the customers to basically fix it ourselves and "unplug the modem".
