Unfortunately zero stars isn't an option. Hughes was unfortunately given to us as our Estimator and move coordinator contracted with United. Bruce was our Estimator who failed to properly estimate the load, missing by THOUSANDS of pounds. Even after missing the estimate during the transfer from the loading truck to warehouse, they still underestimated, resulting in an improper dispatch to a driver. Nice and polite people and they pack super fast. We didn’t like the fact that we had multiple boxes labeled as one thing and when we opened them it had a lot of different things inside and we didn’t like the way they packed the electronics. They packed laptops in the same box with shoes. Definitely overpriced for the service we received. We have moved multiple times and this is the first time we have an issue like this. A crew from Hughes handled our move as a contractor for Mayflower. John, Theo, Nathan, Johnathan, and Andy took great care with our belongings and with the house. They were punctual, professional, and pleasant. Highly recommended!
