The liner on our pool that we were told by the previous owners was installed by Hughes. It is falling out in several places. We called them to come look at it as it was still in warranty. They never called back. We went to the physical store and filled out the paperwork required for them to come out. We never heard from them. We tried again this summer. They did finally call back and send two technicians to look at it. Then they never called back or followed up. Now it’s not in warranty but I’m sure we will never hear from t... read more
