at my shop customer service is top priority, can't get a return call from these folks about getting a shipping label from them. have bought several products from them over the years also.

We ordered a 4L80E from Hughes Performance. It was supposed to ship by December 14th. They will not respond to our requests for information about this issue and they delete my comments. Do not order from them

Your order was placed with us through Summit Racing on December 1st, 2020. We currently have 12 - 14 week lead times to fulfill new 4L80E transmission orders. We did not quote a promise date of December 14th for a ship date. If the vendor through whom you placed your order miscommunicated a promise date of the 14th to you then we apologize for their error. Unfortunately we cannot fufill your order sooner than our current 12 - 14 week lead time requirement. Our vendors are aware of our lead times.
