Terrible customer service to say the least. Zero assistance with filing an insurance claim. Spent $762 shipping multiple boxes. Some boxes showed up busted with broken contents (see pics). Paid for insurance on very box. Was also charged a "fed ex expertise" @ $20/box for each of the12 boxes. The staff doesn't understand the Fed Ex insurance claim process despite being a "Fed Ex Authorized ShipCenter". They claimed "they never heard of that process" and despite phone calls and multiple emails I've received absolutely no offe... read more
Fantastic people to work with for state to state title transfers and registrations. Quick, easy, communicates well, and very kind. Will be back in the future.
