6/23/2026 Update: Happy to say, after some time, Hughes fully addressed my concerns. Terrible customer service to say the least. Zero assistance with filing an insurance claim. Spent $762 shipping multiple boxes. Some boxes showed up busted with broken contents (see pics). Paid for insurance on very box. Was also charged a "fed ex expertise" @ $20/box for each of the12 boxes. The staff doesn't understand the Fed Ex insurance claim process despite being a "Fed Ex Authorized ShipCenter".
