My experience with HughesNet has been nothing short of frustrating. I've had their service for a while now, and I can confidently say that it's an expensive and unreliable service with some of the worst customer support I've ever encountered. Absolutely horrible customer service. My modem died, I called to request a replacement, but they wouldn't help me because i was at work and couldn't unplug the modem. So I call back, they can't help me because they would run a test through my line but it's raining at my house, so I have to call back in 30 minutes. I call back and discover that Why Yes, when a modem has no lights on, it's not working, so I get to order a new 1.
