We have tried to cancel Hughes internet. We have made repeated calls and each time given different information. Hughes internet operates on holding the customer to collect fees. I wouldn’t use them unless you like the hassle of cancellation
Terrible company. They will charge you $150 to come out and fix faulty equipment that THEY provide. They will charge their customers regardless of if it is their problem or not. This seems like complete fraud to me. Stay away and find literally any other provider. I have never worked with an internet provider that does this. I would give them negative stars if possible.
Called Hugues Net. 7 times between June 6,2026 and July 10,2026, lost picture each time, they said it was my T.v. never admitted fault. Always foreign tec or operators, impossible to understand when they spoke and they talk and talk and never make sense. I'm sending their equipment back but they want the eye of the dish on the roof, I am 86 years old, a disabled veteran and no way to get up on roof. This is the most ridiculous price for a type of Internet it's trash, when there's a little bit of wind or rain, it just completely doesn't work. Sometimes it doesn't work at all, just for some reason, and the prices for it is ridiculous.
