Wish I had gone here first! Nick and Sam helped me understand the part I was looking for (it was in pieces) and made great recommendations for where I could get it (needed an irrigation part, not plumbing). Kind, courteous, respectful and helpful.
Great quality of plumbing supply products, they supply industry standard, excellent customer service skills, I would highly recommend. Five stars in my book!
I rarely feel compelled to leave reviews, and least of all for plumbing supply stores, but in this case I feel I must. When I arrived holding the dirty stem of a 60 year old spigot, I expected to be told that without a part number, it would be impossible to help me. Or perhaps that the part was not sold separately, and my only recourse was to replace the whole spigot.
