DO NOT TRUST YOUR HEALTH TO THIS DOCTOR OR HIS PRACTICE. The reasons are many and they keep deleting my reviews so you won't know. I have been trying since January to get prescriptions and a form filled out and forwarded. Horrible service from his assistant/nurse (Nyala?) and the D.O. himself. Run, run away from this man and his staff.
