We worked with Matthew Akabane to Colorado-scape our front yard. We went from a three zone sprinkler down to a single drip line which should save a bunch on our water bill! We are very happy with the result and how easy it was to get done. Matthew designed the entire layout, was very friendly and communicative throughout the entire process, and even recommended what became our new favorite Mexican food in Parker! Highly recommend working with Hughes!
Matt and his crew did a fantastic job with our landscaping. They replaced the old sprinkler system and drip lines with brand new water lines and sprinkler heads, removed grass from one area of the yard and replaced with landscaping rock, and cleaned up the bases of 4 large pine trees. Also refreshed the rock in milt areas around the house. Our yard looks much better and we now have a new efficient sprinkler system. I highly recommend Matt and Hughes Landscaping.

What I love about Matt Akanane is his relatability. He has the innate talent to field questions in a calm and understanding manner. I especially enjoyed his appearance on 9News a couple weeks ago. All of us that have lawns are nervous about the drought. With that said, Matt shared some keen insights on how to care for our yards and I learned a new term- Coloradoscape. With minor changes, Won can keep their yard looking amazing at a fraction of the cost on the maintenance side of things. As usual – great job, Matt!
