Can’t make this up. Brand new Apple Watch band and I put the band on and the band installed flawlessly on the watch before going to get two links removed . This guy destroys the plastic middle piece that engages the watch strap lock mechanism. Look at the photos. Both sides are damaged and now the strap will not slide into the Apple Watch slot . He denies any wrong doing and this is Nasty wife pops off with her smart mouth saying I shouldn’t have bought from Amazon . So I paid 20.00 to have a 70.00 stainless strap destroyed ... read more

My grandmother had giving me some rings that I wanted to keep for sentimental value. I looked up the closest jelwery repair store and found Hughes Jewelers. Christy was very kind and attentive. We went over everything and worked up an invoice. They were so fast and had my rings sized, fixed, and cleaned the next day. Give them a try folks tou won't be disappointed.
