My grandmother had giving me some rings that I wanted to keep for sentimental value. I looked up the closest jelwery repair store and found Hughes Jewelers. Christy was very kind and attentive. We went over everything and worked up an invoice. They were so fast and had my rings sized, fixed, and cleaned the next day. Give them a try folks tou won't be disappointed.

Went in to get my finger sized and the service was great. They even helped me understand how the size would change for different styles of rings.
Terrible experience at this store today.I brought in a ring set for repair. It was purchased at an online jewelry store many years ago and was missing a couple of accent diamonds. The guy helping us was incredibly rude and judgemental about the fact that we purchased the ring online, among other things. He rudely chastised us several times for a bunch of different stuff, like not shopping locally and for me for not knowing if the sapphire in the ring was natural or lab grown.
