Terrible experience at this store today.I brought in a ring set for repair. It was purchased at an online jewelry store many years ago and was missing a couple of accent diamonds. The guy helping us was incredibly rude and judgemental about the fact that we purchased the ring online, among other things. He rudely chastised us several times for a bunch of different stuff, like not shopping locally and for me for not knowing if the sapphire in the ring was natural or lab grown. These guys are the best! Super friendly people and great service! They were able to repair my chain in 20 minutes. Highly recommend for your jewelry needs!
If I could give more stars I would. Hughes Jewelers are the best! They are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, generous, and enthusiastic about their business. We've never even thought about going to another jeweler ever since we first met Paul and Cristy five years ago. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
In my stubborn self-sufficiency and self-proclaimed above-average intelligence, I attempted to change my own watch battery and ended up doing more harm than good. I humbly brought my watch in to Hughes (in pieces) and they had everything put back together and operational in less than 5 minutes. Now that I've learned the limits of my mechanical knowledge as related to watch repair, I'll be going to see the professionals at Hughes to begin with from now on!
They are the best, l purchased my wedding ring online, the size was too small, they size it up for me, at no cost
