This is the company that is financing the BridgeWay Station mixed use community in Mauldin. These types of combined residential/professional/retail centered communities have often proven great in theory but disappointing in practice. To be fair, BridgeWay Station does seem to be showing signs of being able to have a significant number of people both live and work there, and to be a truly mixed-use location.
