I had a great experience with the service department. Mr. Sammy Copeland (service advisor) was a pleasure to work with and he is definitely “customer” focused. He personally came to my house and brought me back to the service department when my 2007 Ridgeline was ready. I had the timing belt replacement service done and the rear subframe recall accomplished. Mr. Brian Willett (certified maintenance technician) completed the timing belt service in less than a day. Friendly personal
Me and several other people owning older (2004/2007) models turned away and told hughes does not service "older" Hondas. Not a good look for a Honda dealership. That behavior/policy led us to buy the new Honda at Walsh Honda in macon, just 20 minutes up the road.
