I actually thought I was hiring a professional Contractor. When I was ready to start job he had an excuse that he had a death in family. So I said I was willing to wait. I waited over a week, didn't hear from him and when I tried to contact him he said he was now unable to do job. Then he says his mother is in hospice, which leads me to realize he is now changing his story. How can I believe anything this guy says.
