On Monday my fiance set up an appointment for yesterday at 2 pm for us to visit Hughes Flooring's show room, as we are interested in replacing carpeting in our basement. We arrived yesterday at 2 pm, and the show room was locked with the lights off. We first tried knocking on the door, but it appeared no one was there. We also tried calling, and left a voicemail, and still, no one has responded or even apologized for not being there for a scheduled appointment.
