I had cataract surgery in both eyes with Toric lenses to correct for astigmatism. ($1499 PER EYE UP FRONT.) One eye is fine. The other eye will never be right. Dr. David Underwood told me, from his lips to his god's ears, "we put the wrong lens in your eye". He then recommended a second surgery which damaged my cornea. (Persistent and irreversible swelling.) I understand that there is some risk involved with every surgery. But "oops, I screwed up" should never be one of them.
