I've used Hughes Sarasota since 2022. I've never had anything but amazing service with them! I had to use Bradenton for another property and they were the absolute worst! I had them do tenting for termite infestation and they damaged so many things and the sales rep and sales manager were horrible at even caring. Sales manager was slimy and lies like a snake. BEWARE Hughes charged me $95 for one treatment. I called and was told I had one more treatment before my yearly contract was up and after they came out they charged me $95. I called and let them know I didn't owe the money and they proceeded to send me bills more than once a month. I finally paid. I consider this elder abuse, taking advantage of a person over 60. They knew I was canceling my service with them and scheduled a treatment to charge me anyway. Shameful
