We have been with them for eight months in the last few months. The cockroaches have taken over. They said they’d be right out to respray didn’t show up two weeks later we ask them again and they still didn’t show up. It’s been a month now trying to get them out here to respray. We are through with them. And yes, our account is up-to-date.
Ernie does my regular Pest Control . He is polite and always provides top notch customer service! He goes above and beyond. He calls me in advance to let me know when he's coming so we can discuss anything that's changed. He doesn't rush through the job, like some people do just to get out of there quick, but takes his time to do a good job .
