Just bought a home out here in Chelsea Woods, and the seller told me that Hughes was his exterminators and that they were really good so I decided to go with Hughes exterminators too! I am glad I did, Steve my technician is awesome! These guys have been around forever. They’re Customer Service fantastic whenever I have an issue like a roach or a wasp mess they come out less than 10 minutes and get the job done. They are so so awesome.
Communication is great prior to arrival and for target area if needed. Very prompt, thorough, and courteous. Timely feedback on services provided during visit.
If I could give Hughes more than 5 stars, I would, because of John Stebors’ (Lawn Treatment Manager) and Scott Ingels’ (Bug and Pest Control) service. I used to use Lawn Doctor, and my lawn suffered as I didn’t get personalized service. But when I started with Hughes, John Stebor came over to my house over a couple seasons to initially diagnose and then check on my lawn seasonally and adjusted my treatments as needed so that my diseased and dead lawn was brought back to a LUSH GREEN life.
