I used him a few years ago to enclose a screened in porch. Paid him 1/3 up front and he did a little work and he did nothing else. I was out $14000. Do not ever give this man money up front. I had to go to court and all I got was to be put in a long line of people with a lien against him. I'll probably never get a penny from him.
HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS!!!! I own a Condo in Myrtle and when purchased, the previous owner left me a list of all contractors used for various reasons. Hughes Enclosures enclosed the porch area with vinyl windows. I had a hole in 2 small windows at the bottom. We brought them to him on a Saturday and he said he was "moving locations" but he would re-wrap them...that day...CASH ONLY. We agreed.
