I requested a quote for my 78 year old momma house. James Hughes was out the very next day. I can honestly say the best professional I have ever encountered. I live in Pensacola but the installation was in Memphis. I was informed about everything that was going to happen and when it happens. Upon completion he walked my mom through on the operation of her new generac. If you are looking for a generator that you can really on with professional care?
