Kyle and his team at Hughes Dry are top notch, very friendly, prompt and professional. They re-stretched and cleaned our older carpet and it looks phenomenal! They had to re-seam several areas and color dye numerous spots where someone accidentally dripped bleach and the results were excellent (they were even able to match the carpet pattern). They also had to move several large pieces of furniture and did so with no problems. Hughes Dry is now my go-to company for all my carpet needs. I highly recommend them!
I have been using Hughes for years and am always impressed with the quality of their work. It always exceeds my expectations. George, in particular, is a magician at getting any stain out and making older carpets look like new. In addition, he is polite, punctual, and personable. They did an incredible job! Far exceeded expectations. Communication with office and field staff were both excellent. Stretched carpets and cleaned all our carpets and even got out stains that were present when we bought the house 9 years ago. Would absolutely use them again and plan on using them again as well as recommending them to others!
