I had years of cat urine odor. I called Kyle, at Hughes Dry. The urine was down to the subfloor. He pretreated the room. 2 days later and cleaned the carpet. The odor is gone. No urine odor now. I recommend them.
I needed to get my carpet cleaned, reached out to Hughes and they were there the next day! Very professional. They reached out on their way over, explained what all they were going to to. When they finished they explained how long to wait. Recommend 10/10!!!
