Terribly unprofessional. Be aware of the fine print. Even with setting a retainer that a professional would not start work without, and then simply considering something like HST to stop working at 80% usage they unfortunately nearly doubled what the retainer was that at and then simply claimed workload/cost was always an estimate. 🙄
