Hughes and his crew rebuilt our house after the Carr fire in 2018. Our house was one of the first ones to go back up because his team was right on it. We are so happy to be in our beautiful home again thanks to these guys!
We contracted for a new house. The completed house is very nice. Some of the carpentry is exceptional particularly the cabinets. Building a house is never easy but the contractor is skilled and experienced enough to work through issues. At the final inspection we passed without any major problems. We are very pleased and enjoying the house. I would use this contractor again.
Hughes Construction, Shane, built my house after I lost my home in the Carr Fire. There were some glitches and time delays but everyone was rebuilding and it was hard to get supplies sometimes. I am really happy with my home. What I respect most about Shane, personally is that he keeps his word. It looked like my insurance company wasn't going to pay him fully but he honored our agreement to accept the insurance payout even thought he was going to lose some money.
