If I could it would be 0 stars, Installed the service on August 1st of 2022, under the promise of a few things, 1. 75 gigs of data a month 2. Wifi 3.top speeds 4. Great customer service. Well I got non of it, all my calls were pretty much ignored or dealt with ignorant service reps. Twice I was talked into staying, even though I was blowing through 75 gigs but they had no issue telling me I can buy another 25 gigs for $75.00. This is not a good service. I have called and sent e-mails concerning my issues. We ordered internet and have not had one single day that we can actually use it with no issues. Every person I have spoke to are not even close to being on the same page giving me different information. I have had the service for 2 and a half months and it has only caused more issues. I want the account canceled and not have early termination fees being charged against me. I shouldnt have to pay extra for a service that I have not been able to u... read more
