This place has saved me twice now when I was in a pinch to get my car fixed! Andrew is super helpful and they always do a great job.
I called to order 4 new tires on 10/23 to be installed on 10/25. When I got to the store, they showed where one of the new tires was damaged. Knowing that I was leaving on an extended trip, the owner offered me 4 better tires at the same price. The installation was seamless and the conversation with the owner in the waiting room was life changing. We are newer to the area, but I can not give a higher recommendation than this one to Hughes Brothers
Sadly I won’t be going back after YEARS of being a customer along with my family. Went in for brake pads and two tires. They upsold me for rotors that weren’t needed and price gouged me for the tires. After a little while the brakes were VERY squeaky, went back up to the shop they drove it and “didn’t hear anything “. After 2 months of them STILL squeaking I went back to them and they STILL didn’t replace them or make it right even though they are under warranty. I would leave a no star if I could.. if u don’t want to be to work don’t come to work. The front desk is always going to be the first person to be asked a question and when ur rude to people at 10am just call out.
