I’d give a 0 if I could! I know my body I know what’s wrong with me! I need my nose to be broken & set back in place. I don’t appreciate being talked down to by the dr! I can physically feel the lack of oxygen in one side of my nose. I’ve jumped through all the damn hops. At this point I’m tempted to just break it myself! The receptionist was extremely unapologetic & had no sense of concern or compassion for my situation. Terrible service
Wasn't able to figure out I had eustachian tube dysfunction .. sent me away saying ears fine and than declined my second referral. Over 2 years of suffering *edit - Emergency doctors find severe trauma , he says all is fine..
A very terrible experience with this entire office. The receptionist is extremely rude. Dr Hughes spent the majority of the appointment complaining about Family Doctors making inappropriate referrals to him, and told us we shouldn’t be there without a second hearing test for my daughter (even though they accepted my referral and made me an appointment knowing she only had one hearing test).
