I called last week and left a voicemail message as a new patient by selecting the option for new patients as instructed and I called back this week and left a voicemail message on NP Lori Chastain voicemail and here it is 10-31-24 and no one has called me to make an appointment. The voicemail message there states you will get a call back before the end of the business day and that hasn’t happened.
