I'm surprised by some of these reviews. I had a different experience. Friendly face out front but no quality control for the work. Had to take some work back and they STILL couldn't get it right. Very disappointed; I found another place that does better work.
Best I've found – I've used a couple of auto body shops over the years and this one is the friendliest, most efficient and did by far the best job on the dings and dents and scrapes I've accumulated over the past few years. I had some special logistical needs and they were very accommodating. Do not hesitate to use them.
Excellent Work, Great Service. What More Could I Ask? – I confess, I'm one of those people who washes his black car a couple of times of week and has it waxed frequently -- just plain picky about how the car looks. I was less than pleased when someone backed into the side of my car. Excellent work, Friendly people, On time! – I've owned my Volvo for 8 years. No major accidents but one fender bender and their bid was by far the most reasonable. The paint matched perfectly. Other times I've needed small things like touch ups and interior adjustments. Every repair met or exceeded my expectations and was completed in the time promised. I particularly like their attitude. good work, bad estimating time – The work was good. The people were nice. But they told me two or three times that my car would be ready when it wasn't. In one case that meant not having my car over the weekend.
Great work, attention to detail and friendly people – My 2006 Honda Civic EX had damage to the body work and paint of the front passenger fender and front passenger door. The people at Hugh's did a great job, completing the repair in 6 business days. The paint and body panels where matched perfectly and my insurance (AAA) was billed directly. Friendly folks too!
Quality work and excellent service – Hughes Auto Body has repaired by car after two separate accidents. Both times, the car was repaired quickly and the results were flawless. The car looked better than when I brought it into the shop. The customer service was courteous and professional. They even give me ride back home after I dropped off the car and picked me up when it was done. I couldn't have asked for more.
Auto Body Shop- great value – I recommend this shop. The service I received was very good. Walt is professional, and the top notch repair work was done on time and for a reasonable price.
horrible customer service – I am extremely frustrated that I supported this business. Though the secretary was kind, the business owner was very rude. The efficiency and quality of work did not make up for the terrible customer service. I am discouraging any of my friends or potential customers from getting repairs done at Hughes Auto Body.
