My grandparents, my parents and I have used this company for decades. They have been there for us when we have had losses both physical and personal. Any small business has to navigate new challenges thrown their way, and they have ridden the changing landscape of their industry. They have stood the test of time.
Steer clear of this company. I have never seen this level of rudeness to customers as this company provides. They are repeat offenders in hanging up on you when they don't like what they're being asked of. They also are rarely available and don't respond to emails or calls without numerous attempts. With so many other insurance companies out there, I cant think of a single reason to use this firm. "The customer comes first" is not in their vocabulary.
