I wish I could leave 0 stars but I brought my car in and told them what I thought the issue was but they said they’d run diagnostics. So I wait 3-4 hours then I get charged $250 and on the paper all it says is what I told them I thought the issue was. So a week and thousands of dollars later, I get my car back and nothing had changed and I still have the same issues. Customer service wasn’t great either.

if I could rate a negative number I definitely would. What “mechanics “ takes longer than an hour on a diagnostic after pretty much knowing it was gonna be junk. & then proceeded to try to charge over $200 to even give the key back. When I spoke to the man that did it himself, he had an attitude and was rude. I don’t play that so I definitely was back and once I mentioned his HORRIBLE customer service and his attitude & hung up. he called back taking the price down $50, dumb founded people do not need to be in dealerships.
