I worked with Samantha and she was absolutely wonderful!!! She helped me through multiple options and was fantastic on working with me on my budget to help me get something safer for winter, for my first dealership experience she set the bar high for anyone else. Absolutely fantastic service!
Good service
This was the worst experience of a non reputable dealership in my opinion. We bought a used car and were assured that it was a loaner car and was held up to the highest standards and later on that it passed inspection. I bought the car as is, as is common for used cars. We knew the struts needed replaced and had negotiated the price but when we went to the repair shop we found out that the breaks ,all four of them, already cut into the rotors.
