Hugh provided a very professional and personalised experience for family mediation. He was sensitive to all issues and maintained everyones dignity during such a sensitive emotional time for all parties. His fees are half the price of what other organisations are asking for and mediation interviews are conducted in a very quick time period. Hugh May seem a little hard on the outside, but he has a heart of gold. During a hard time with a court matter, Hugh made the process painless. He explained everything we needed to do and his communication was fantastic. There were no hidden charges or fees everything was outlined. He always promptly replayed to emails and messages.
