You could not ask for any better costumer service. They did a fabulous job repairing and replacing a diamond in my daughter in-laws wedding ring. I dropped it off to get an estimate and they called right away. Gave me all of my options it was fantastic. It was done way sooner than expected. Just had one ring stone put back in other ring prongs redone in very old ring and Two small stones replaced. Very reasonable. Dropped off another to redo three head/prongs stones that had fallen out. Very old. Great work. Only trust Hughes Jewelers for Very rare and old original jewelry. Thank you.
Super nice family business. If you have a precious heirloom clock in need of repair, I highly recommend Hugh's. Lee did a wonderful job cleaning and repairing my 100+ year old granfather clock that has been in my family for more than 50 years. Thank you Lee for being so great to work with and for restoring this clock we consider a family member!

Took my wedding band here to get it resized, have my engagement and wedding band fused together and have one of the diamond anchors fixed and he did a very bad job. First he used some other kind of metal in the resizing instead of gold and charged me for gold. Second he fused the rings on the wrong sides that I asked him for. Third he didn't fix the anchor and to make things worse he buffed off part of my wedding date that is engraved inside the ring.
