My bracelet has gone thru the wash was dented and misshapen clasps were broken and missing a diamond. They repaired it and replaced the diamond and cleaned it for a great price I couldn’t be happier! This is my new go to for jewelry repair in fact I just dropped off a necklace I broke this week. I’m excited to see it all fixed and clean
