I rented a property managed by Hugh Reilly Real Estate for more than three years, and unfortunately, my experience at the end of the tenancy was extremely disappointing. Wendy chatto is doing stuff illegally according to the RTA. Charging rent after the keys are handed back and illegally evicting someone after issueing only 1 breach which was rectified before I received the breach. No communication between them and the owner who I had made arrangements with, will not take calls, and just hang up when you explain to them there in the wrong. I have everything in writing and screenshots and everything to verify your doing it all illegally.

Edit update: In response to your reply today, two years after this review was left: we contacted Josey multiple times throughout this ordeal, she chose not to help or manage her incompetent staff. I see from recent reviews Wendy and Carol are still there and still being as incompetent and dodgy as ever. If you were as sorry as you say you are to everyone, you would get rid of these two and start running a ethical and efficient rental department. We have been renting with Hugh Reilly realestate for almost 6 years. Wendy and her team have been the most amazing realeste i have ever been with. They are always responsive and they make you feel welcome not just another number on the books. They helped me navigate all the stress of moving due to the sale of the rental we were in with professionalism and empathy. We are extremely sad to be relocating and leaving the care of the hugh Rielly team.
