After contacting Hugh for a quote on replacing and putting up a new pergola, he came onsite and took measurements and went away to work on the quote. After one week of no contact and also no response to a text message, I called him and he advised me that he couldn’t do the job because it was too far and he couldn’t bring the material he needed across.
